If your return is due to an error on our part, we
want to fix the problem. Please contact us for instructions. If your
item is damaged in the field, please refer to our warranties section.
We're
confident of the products we offer, but if you are dissatisfied with
your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product within 30 days
for a refund. Just repackage the item in its original packaging and
shipping carton and send it back to us with a note requesting the
refund. We do charge a 15% restocking fee.
All returned items
must be in new, resalable condition, preferably with the original tags
and packaging. Items that fail in service are not eligible for a return,
but may be candidates for replacement under the manufacturer's
warranty.
Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping is not refundable.
